Mass Texting

With Easy, we know that you need tools and innovation to get time back in your days. Sending individual texts to large groups of tenants is tedious and time consuming when you experience a facility outage or need to send payment reminders to past due tenants.

With Mass Texting, you can:

  • Send facility updates, maintenance notifications, and outage alerts to all tenants with a single send
  • Share promotions and deals to drive upsells, referrals, and convert leads
  • Send a single message to designated groups like past due tenants and leads on your waiting list

Storable Access Control: Sales Associate Access Control settings 

If you use Storable Access Control, you can now give Sales Associates access to Assign Gate Groups. This permission is optional, but it will apply to all Sales Associates if you enable it.

Email alerts for inbound text messages

We've updated our email notification service to alert you when your facility receives an inbound text message. This makes it easy to view and respond to text messages when you arenโ€™t in front of your software. 

If you use Two-Way Texting, you'll receive an email when your Edge software receives an inbound text. The text message will be included in the email. You can tap on the Customer page link to go straight to the tenant record and reply directly to the tenant.

The feature will be enabled by default if you use Two-Way Texting, but can be disabled in your software settings by navigating to Email, Txt, & Print > Settings > Emailed Notifications and unchecking Inbound Text.

Easy Payments: USB credit card swipers

If you're an Easy Payments customer, you can now use 2-track, keyboard emulation card readers to easily accept payments from your customers. You can enable USB credit card swipers in your software settings. Once enabled, you will see the Use Card Swiper button when taking a payment.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

If youโ€™re an Owner of all facilities on your Storable Easy account, you can now upgrade your user logins for enhanced security using Storable ID with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Registering your organization for Storable ID is optional but recommended for improved security and PCI compliance.

Please read our pre-configuration guide for important instructions and a video walkthrough before enabling Storable ID. Once an Admin enables Storable ID, it will apply to all facilities and users on your account, and you will not be able to revert to standard login.

Opt-Out of Text Message Notifications for Unsubscribed Tenants

Easy will now automatically update a tenantโ€™s text messaging consent status if an attempt to send a text message fails due to unsubscription. When this happens, the tenant's consent status will be changed to "revoked," and a note will be added to their profile indicating, "Texting consent status changed from granted to revoked."

Improvements to the Import Tenants Tool

Weโ€™ve made several enhancements to the Import Tenants Tool for managers:

  • The import process now runs in the background with a "Loading, please wait" message, and users can preview the tenant list before importing, including options to select tenants, edit data, and check for duplicates.
  • After the import, users will see a summary with details like the date/time of the import, number of tenants imported, who performed the import, and a list of tenants from the file.
  • The Tenant Import page now shows a history of previous imports.

Sales Associate Access Control settings

If you use Storable Access Control, you can now give Sales Associates additional access control permissions. The following permissions are optional but will apply to all Sales Associates if you enable them: 

  • View the Access Code report
  • Assign access codes from the customer profile page
  • View the Gate Activity Log

Remove Charts from the Dashboard
We've added the option for Managers to remove a chart from the Storable Easy Dashboard. To remove a chart, click Edit Dashboard, then choose None from a module dropdown to hide a chart.

Delete tenant text messages

We've added the ability for Managers to delete tenant text messages in your software. This can be useful if a tenant sends sensitive information in a text message. Hover over a text message from a tenant and click the trash can icon to delete it.

Enhanced Chargeback Report

We've updated the Payment Processing - Chargebacks Report to improve usability and provide greater visibility into chargeback activity.

  • Expanded View: The report now displays all chargebacks by default, not just those from the current month, making tracking and reviewing past disputes easier.
  • Quick Navigation: You can now click on the dispute amount of a chargeback to be taken to the corresponding disputed transaction so you can resolve the chargeback faster.
