Easy Storage Payments FAQ

Easy Storage Payments is integrated into your management software and offers industry competitive rates and pricing. This guide is intended to help you get started with Easy Storage Payments and answer frequently asked questions.

How do I get started?

To enable Easy Storage Payments login to your software navigate to Payment Processing from the Setup dropdown menu.

Click Get started and follow the prompts to complete your application. You can find more information about the application process in our article: Easy Storage Payments Application.

After you submit your application, we will keep you updated and notify you when you're approved and ready to process payments.

What are my next steps after approval?

Cancel your previous payment processor: Make sure to cancel your previous payment process unless you are upgrading from Stripe. Stripe accounts will be canceled automatically.

Where can I find my transaction and deposit information?

Our Payment Processing Report lists all deposits to your bank account. Each deposit also lists the transactions and the associated fee amount for that deposit.

After approval there are two reports you will see under Reports > Accounting and Financials.

  • Payment Processing - Deposits: View deposit batch details
  • Payment Processing - Monthly Summary: View Monthly Processing fees 

Deposits

Transfers to your bank account happen daily on a rolling 2 business day schedule. For example, transactions processed on a Monday are deposited into your account on Wednesday. Transactions processed on Friday will be deposited on Tuesday. ACH payments may take up to 9 business days to process.

Fees

You can find the rates and fees you are charged for payment processing by logging into Easy Storage Solutions and selecting Payment Processing from the Setup dropdown menu. 

You can view fees you’ve been charged for your transactions on your Payment Processing reports.
