Storable ID: Enrollment quick start guide for non-admin users

Overview

Your organization has enabled Storable ID, which provides a secure, single sign-on (SSO) experience across all Storable products. With Storable ID, you can log in once to access all Storable apps—no more separate logins per facility.

To enhance security, all Storable IDs include the option for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This Quick Start guide walks you through creating your Storable ID, setting up MFA, and logging in.

Create your Storable ID with MFA

If your account admin has enabled Storable ID for your organization, you’ll see a notification after entering your login credentials.

Steps:

  1. Click Get Started.
  2. Select I Do Not Have a Storable ID if you don’t have a Storable ID yet. If you have already set up a Storable ID, click I Already Have A Storable ID to continue.
  3. Enter your First Name and Last Name.
  4. Enter your Storable ID Username, Email Address, and Password.
    • Your username and email address will typically be the same unless your company uses shared email addresses.

Shared Email Addresses

If you share an email address with coworkers, your company admin will provide information about what email address is to be used.

Password Requirements

Your password must include:

  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one symbol
  • Minimum 12 characters

Passwords cannot include your first or last name or any part of your username.

  1. Select a security question and enter your answer.
  2. Click Create Storable ID.
  3. You’ll see a success message — click Continue.
  4. Enter your login credentials again and click Continue.

If your administrator has required Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you will be prompted to set it up.

  1. On the MFA screen, click Setup under your preferred option. Depending on your account settings, not all MFA options may be available. Only download official authentication apps—free apps are available in the App Store and Google Play.
  • Okta Verify
  • Authenticator App (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy)
  • Email Authentication
  • SMS Authentication
  • Security Key or Biometric Authentication - If selecting the biometric authentication option also select a secondary option to use use when logging in without biometric authentication

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.

Refer to our support article: MFA Setup for detailed setup steps.

3. Once MFA setup is complete, click Finish.

You’ll receive a notification that your old username has been replaced with your Storable ID username.
