Groups can be used to target specific customer types when sending email or mass text messages. You can also sort the Customers page by groups.

- Past Due: Tenants with an account that has a past due balance.
- Late: Tenants who have met your criteria of days past due resulting in a late label.
- Locked Out: Tenants who are currently locked out of their unit due to nonpayment or another account issue.
