Sales Associate report settings
We’ve added additional permissions to the Sales Associate role that allow users to view specific Customer reports. These settings are optional but will apply to all Sales Associates if you enable them. You can add the following reports:
- Tenant Credit
- Reservations
- Next Bill Due
- Rental Transfers
- Undelivered Notifications
- Customer Notes

California facilities: Detailed breakdown of fees when applicable
In connection with California’s “Hidden Fees Statute,” SB 478, which requires that advertised prices encompass all mandatory fees consumers will pay (such as Admin fees), we've added a detailed breakdown of Unit Type fees to California facility's websites.
If you've entered fees for a Unit Type, they will be displayed on your website when a customer clicks +Applicable Fees under a unit price. If no fees are added to your software for a Unit Type, the +Applicable Fees link will not be shown on your website.

California facilities: Applicable fees disclaimer
In connection with California’s new “Hidden Fees Statute,” SB 478, which requires that advertised prices encompass all mandatory fees consumers will pay (such as Admin fees), we’ve added a disclaimer message to unit prices on California facility's websites. The disclaimer indicates that fees may be applicable. Since fees may differ based on the unit selected, detailed fees will be shown at the earliest opportunity once the consumer chooses a specific unit.
While we offer a product that is designed to help you run a better business, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you are operating your business in a legally compliant way. We recommend you consult with your legal counsel regarding this new law.
You’ll see + Applicable Fees under unit prices on your website if your facility is in California.

Void and refund permission options for Sales Associates
We’ve added additional permissions that can be granted for the Sales Associate role to allow Sales Associates to issue voids and/or refunds.

Easy Storage Payments - Chargebacks Report
If you use Easy Storage Payments, you now have access to a Chargeback Report that gives you real-time visibility into your chargeback activity and chargeback statuses. This will allow you to easily check on the status of chargebacks without spending time and effort contacting Storable. You can see the report by navigating to the Reports page and clicking Payment Processing - Chargebacks.

Text message consent status report
To be compliant with our SMS provider’s messaging policy, tenants must give consent to receive text message communications. We've created a new report to help you monitor and follow up on text message consent status.
You can see the new report by navigating to Email, Txt & Print > Text Messages. Then, click Customer Consent Status. Learn more in our article: Gathering consent to send text messages.
