How do I edit customer notification preferences?

If a customer wants to change which notices they receive, or the method of contact, you can adjust their settings by following the steps below.

1. Go to your customer's profile.

2. In the Customer Information section, click the Notification Preferences button.

3. The pop up will show you the current setting that a customer has selected on their account. You can then click Edit Notification Preferences to customize what notifications (and what type of notifications) your customer receives.

* Note, if you are not able to select a notification or contact method because the section is grayed out, that is because you haven't turned on that notification
