There may be instances where you are required to adjust taxes on a tenant's record. To adjust the tax rate on a unit type, please see our help article.
To adjust taxes on a tenant's record, navigate to Customers > All Customers.
Select the tenant record
Click Edit next to the billing for each unit.
Select your new Tax Rate. If you don't see the tax rate available, you may need to add it to your software. Follow our Setting a Tax Rate article for instructions.
Click Update Rental to apply the updated tax rate for your tenant.
Note: You will need to repeat these steps to update the tax rate for every unit your tenant is currently renting.
