How do I share insurance reports with a third-party insurance provider?

If you use a third-party insurance provider, you can easily export relevant reports from Easy Storage Solutions to share data about insurance activity with them.

The Insurance Report is commonly shared with insurance providers. This report shows active insurance policies within the selected date range, including the Unit Number, Tenant Name, Tenant Address, Insurance Enrollment Date, Cancel Date (if applicable), Amount of Coverage, Amount Billed, Amount Collected, and Paid Through Date.

How do I export the Insurance Report?

Manually export the report

Follow the instructions below to export the Insurance Report.

1. Hover over the Reports tab and click All Reports or Facility.

2. Click Insurance.

3. Select a date range you want included in the report and click Load Report.

4. Click Export CSV or PDF from the top right corner of the screen, depending on your preferred file format. 

5. Send the exported report to your insurance company. 

 

Automatically send reports to your insurance provider

Follow the instructions below if you want insurance reports to be automatically sent to your third-party insurance provider.

1. Hover over the Setup tab and click Insurance.

2. Enter your insurance provider’s email address in the email address field under Report Settings. 

3. Click Update Site.
