Wix and Squarespace both have a limited ability to connect to outside software and require an IP address to connect to Easy Storage Solutions. We use Dynamic IP addresses based on your network and the device you are using.
Wix and Squarespace also don't allow permanent 301 forwarding to be set up, or charge extra for the service. Without the URL redirect, customers will receive an error message if they type your url into their browser without www.
For these reasons, if you are using Wix or Squarespace for Domain Pointing, we recommend one of the following:

Add a Redirect button and customize your site to send customers to our subdomain to rent or pay online.

Transfer to another hosting service, such as GoDaddy or Google Domains, for your domain hosting.
