⚠️ You can only view your billing history or change your billing information for the Easy Storage Solutions software if you are logged in as the owner (you cannot be logged in as a Multi-Facility Manager or other user role).
View your billing history
Follow the instructions below to view your billing history and what you are being charged for ESS.
1. Log into your ESS account.
2. Navigate to Setup > Settings > Billing History.
Update your billing information
Follow the steps below to change your billing information for your ESS payments.
1. Log into your ESS account.
2. Navigate to Setup > Settings > Billing Information.
4. Click Update.
