1. Click on Domains > Domain List. Find the domain in the list. It will most likely say it is unassigned. If this is the case, go on to Step 2. If it says Add On, skip to Step 3. 
2. Click on Unassigned. Don't change any of the settings.
They should be:
- Use a domain that is already associated with your account
- Addon domain
- Create a new directory.
Click Assign this Domain.
3. Click Redirect. Find the domain in the dropdown. Set the redirect to https://www.domainname.com. You MUST have the https:// as part of the URL.
Also, select Do Not Redirect www.
4. Go to Zone Editor > select the domain > scroll down to the CNAME records, and edit the www record.
