Access Control troubleshooting: Uninstall & reinstall ESS Gate Sync program

Follow the instructions below if you need to uninstall and re-install the ESS Gate Sync program due to an issue such as the gate code file not downloading. 

Uninstall Gate Sync

Find Storable Easy in your computer programs and click Uninstall Gate Sync. Follow the prompts until the program is uninstalled.

Install Gate Sync

1. In your Storable Easy software, hover over the Settings tab and click Gate.

2. Click the ESS Gate Sync Program link.

3. Start the installation by clicking Next from the Install Wizard and follow any additional prompts until the installation is complete.

4. If you're reinstalling Gate Sync, the previous information you had in the gate sync program will be auto-populated. Don't change any of that information. Click Save

5. Wait 5 min and then check to see if the program is working by navigating to Setup > Gate in Storable Easy. 

6. There should be a timestamp every 5 minutes under History that says "Checked for change".
