If you are having problems with a tenants code not working. First, check the activity log for this error. If you see this error, here are a few things to do.
1. Pull up your Tenants profile, and click the Gate Access button.
2. Verify that your tenant is selected into a group.
If they are added to a group the next step is to check to see if the Tenant was trying to use their code during regular hours. You can do this at the Gate Page by clicking the orange Edit button by the group.
Then you can see the hours of operations that you have currently setup.
