The most common pedestal that we use is the 42" tall 12" reach Pad Mount.
This style of pedestal will need 1/2" diameter cement anchors which are available at Home Depot or Lowes. (Or any similar hardware store)
You will need to drill holes in the cement that are the same size as the anchors purchased.
Mount pedestal over wire conduit, pull wire through and tighten anchors to secure pedestal.
