How do my customers enter their billing information for recurring billing?

Customers can enter their billing information in their tenant portal by following the directions below. 

1. Your customer needs to sign in through your website by clicking Make a Payment/Login.

2. Direct them to the Recurring Billing tab.

3. They can add a payment account themselves by clicking Add Payment Account. They'll also be able to Pause or Edit any card on file already.

Keep in mind, your customers will NOT be able to edit this information if the Customers Can Edit Billing Information box is unchecked under Setup and Settings. If you want them to be able to edit this, make sure this is checked!
