How do I print or email a custom letter?

Your custom templates can be viewed by hovering over the Email, Txt & Print tab and clicking Templates. If you need to create a new custom template you can find instructions in our article:

To print or email a custom template to a customer:

1. Hover over the Email, Txt & Print tab and click Print/Email letters.  

2. You can use the filter to select which types of customers you want to send the letter/email to or you can select individual customers using the checkboxes in the list of tenants.

3. Select the Notification Template you would like to use.

4. Select Email or Print as the Contact Method

5. Click either Generate PDF or Send Emails.

Printing a letter from the Customer Profile

From the Customer's Profile, click the Letters button. 3. Select the template letter that you want to send to the customer from the Notification template dropdown. You can choose to print or email the template letter. 

(Pro Tip: The software will automatically fill in any Placeholders to personalize the message once you send the letter, but if you want to preview what an email says before sending, choose the print option and generate the PDF to see the letter first before you go back and send as an email.)
