Email notifications sent to software users

 

The "Notifications Email" is the email that will receive all notifications from the software. 

What email address will receive notifications from Storable Easy?

The email can be found or edited in your Easy software by hovering over the Email, Txt & Print tab and clicking Settings.

If you need to change the email address used for notifications, enter it in the Notifications email field. Multiple email addresses can be entered with a comma in between them.

Click Update Communication Settings to save your changes.

 

Emails sent to Managers/Owners from the software

The following emails can be sent automatically from Storable Easy to the Notifications email. 

  • When a credit without payment is added - sent only to the username marked as Owner
  • When a customer makes a payment - receipt 
  • When a customers payment has failed
  • Lockout and Lockout Removal report (once a day email)
  • Customers move out request (if enabled)
  • A new rental*, reservation or waiting list addition
  • When a customer adds a new Tenant Protection/Insurance plan
  • Rate management monthly reminder (if enabled)
  • Undelivered Notifications Report (once a day email)
  • Inbound text

You can customize which of these emails you receive from the Email, Txt & Print tab > Settings page by checking or unchecking the boxes next to each email.
