How does a customer log into their customer portal?

Your customer can log in directly on your website by using the steps below.

1. On your website, click Make a Payment/Login.

2. Enter login information. The customer will use the login information that you created for them when you set them up as a customer. After the first time they log in, they can change both their username and password if they would like to.

Please note: Usernames are case sensitive.

3. Click Log In.
