You can allow customers to make reservations on your website by following the instructions below. Note: You must integrate your ESS software with a payment provider for customers to rent online. If you have not signed up for Easy Storage Payments or Auth.net/Moneris (Canadian facilities only), the "Rent Unit" button will not show up online even if you follow these steps.
Enable Online Reservations
1. Under the Website dropdown, select Pages.
2. On the Rent Storage page, click Edit.
3. Scroll down and click Edit next to Available unit types.
4. Choose what you would want customers to be able to do online (rent, reserve, be added to a waiting list if that sized unit is not available, or tell them to contact you).
5. Click Update at the bottom of the page.
6. On your website, you will now see a Reserve button on the rental page.
