How do I archive customers?

Archive Customer Account

After a customer moves out, you may want to archive their customer account. Follow the instructions below to archive the account. 

1. Locate Customer account from Customers > All Customers OR use the Search Customers bar.

2. Click on the customer’s name.

3. Click Edit Profile.

4. Click Archive.

Note: Customer Accounts cannot be archived if they are renting a unit.
          Customer accounts can NOT be deleted. 
          Customers can NOT login once their account has been archived. 

Locating an archived customer account

1. Hover over the Customers tab.

2. Click the All Customers.

3. Type in the customers name.

4. Select Archived from the status drop down menu.

5. Click Search.

Unarchive a customer

1. Find the archived customer by following the instructions above.
2. Click their name.
3. Click Un-Archive.
