How do I turn on or off customer emails?

Customers will receive email and text notifications based on how the facility has configured their templates under Email, Txt, & Print - Templates.

Follow the steps below to configure these settings at the individual customer level:
1. Log in to your ESS account.
2. Click on the Customers tab.

3. Locate the customer you're wanting to change this option for. Click on their name to pull up their account.
4. Click the Notification Preferences button. You will see all of your options for emailing, texting, and printing. In order to change them, click the Edit Notification Preferences text at the top of this pop-up box.

If the template says Not Enabled and a check box does not appear in this section then you will need to follow the steps below:
1. Hover over the Email, Txt, & Print tab.
2. Click the Templates sub-tab.

3. Click on the template that is Not Enabled.
4. Scroll to Email Options or Text Message Options and make sure that the desired method is enabled.

5) Click Save.
