How can a tenant reset their password?

You tenant can reset their password by following the steps below.

1. Go to the log-in page.

2. Click Forgot your password?.

3. Enter their email address.

4. They should log into their email account and click the password reset link in the email they received (This link will show the current username and let them reset the password).

5. Reset password.

Note: Archived tenants cannot successfully use the forgot password link to reset their passwords. Once archived, they cannot log in.
