You can raise the rental rate of a current customer by navigating to each customer's profile.
From the customer's profile, scroll down to the section of the page that says Rentals. Under the Billing section, click Edit. 
Enter the new rental rate in the Monthly Price before Discount field. You may need to choose Custom from the Plan dropdown menu in order to do this.
Click Update Rental when you are done making changes.
