How do I change accepted payment methods?

To change the accepted payment methods in your software, hover over the Setup tab and click Payment Processing

Select or deselect the desired accepted payment methods and update settings.

Please note the following when changing accepted payment methods:

  • Changing these settings will only apply to new payment accounts going forward. 
  • Disabling a payment method on this page will not disable active recurring billing accounts using that method. 
  • Tenants using a payment method you no longer accept will need to have their recurring payment account(s) deleted and they will need to provide a new payment account.
