Follow the steps below to view a customer's billing history. You can also remove line items and archive them.
1. Log in to your Easy Storage Solutions account.
2. Click the Customers tab.
3. Locate and select the customer's name to pull up their account.
4. Once their account has been pulled up, scroll down until you see Billing History.
You'll see the customer's most recent billing history. You can also view their Full Billing and Payments Report by clicking Full history at the bottom of the billing history.
Download an Account Statement
From the Full history page, click PDF in the top right corner.
View archived items
From the customer's Full History and Payments Report, you can archive a line item by checking the box to the left of the date. Scroll to the bottom and click Archive Selected.
If you need to view the transaction after it has been archived, you can click Archived History of the Full History and Payments Report page.
Note: Typically, you would only archive a line item if it was an invoice or payment that was zeroed out or voided. This helps keep your history focused on invoices, payments, and credits that are relevant to the customers history for easy viewing and understanding.
