The grid view shows your units sorted by unit size. See the steps below to access the grid view.
1. Log in to your Easy Storage Solutions account.
2. Hover over the Units tab, and click Grid View.
3. Units are sorted by size by default. You can sort by name by choosing Sort by Name from the dropdown menu and clicking Sort.
You can hover over a unit to see who is currently renting the unit, the customer's phone number, the customer's current balance, and any unit notes (up to 250 characters). If the customer is renting more than one unit, each unit will show the total balance on the customers account, not just the balance for that one unit.
The colors indicate the status of the units: rented, available, late, etc. To see what the colors mean, scroll to the bottom of the page for a legend.
To change the colors, click Change unit Status Colors in the top right corner of the page.
