How do I change whether customers can change their own billing information?

You can choose to allow or not allow customers to edit their billing information. If you would like to adjust this setting, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Setup tab.

2. Click the Settings sub tab, scroll down, check or un-check the Customers Can Edit Billing Information box.

3. Click Save at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
