How do I ensure customers cannot rent a unit online if their payment is rejected?

Follow the instructions below to require a successful payment for online rentals: 

1. Log in to your software.

2. Hover over the Setup tab and select Settings.

3. Scroll down to the Other section, and uncheck the Save Unpaid Customer Rentals

4. Be sure to click the Update Settings button when you are done.
