If you want the system to create auction dates for your customers, you can do so by following the instructions below.
1. Go to setup > Late/lien.
2. Click Edit on the Locked Out rule (or click Add Rule if you don't have one).
3. In the Auction Date section, determine how many days after lockout you want the auction date to be. For instance, if you want a unit to be auctioned 30 days after the customer is locked out, you will enter 30 in the field. If someone is locked out on December 1, their auction date will be set by the system to January 1. You can also choose a specific calendar date to schedule future auctions.
If a customer's unit is being auctioned, the auction date can be found on the customer's account by going to their profile and clicking Gate Access. The information will be displayed in this menu.
