How do I change my facility contact information?

If you need to change your facility address, billing address, routing/account numbers, or phone number, follow the instructions below.

1. Sign in to your Storable Easy software.

2. Hover over the Setup tab and select Contact.

3. General - This is where you can update the Facility Name and Website information. [[FACILITY_NAME]] and [[FACILITY_URL]] are the placeholders for this field. 

The physical address shows in the footer section of your website. It is also the address from which the Google Map pulls.

The phone number will show up on invoices and other templates when the [[facility_phone_number]] placeholder is used.

The  Billing Address will show in invoices and other templates as your mailing address (using the [[facility_address]] placeholder) for checks and other payments.
